Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine

Ruijin Hospital was founded in 1907, formerly known as Guangci Hospital. It is a large-scale third-level comprehensive teaching hospital.
The hospital relies on the information platform to continuously improve the medical service experience. It has the Shanghai Digital Medicine Innovation Center and is the first to launch a series of convenient medical service application scenarios; it has been approved as the Shanghai “Future Hospital” project. At the same time, the hospital is the first in China to be equipped with top equipment such as PET-MR, the sixth-generation head gamma knife, the fourth-generation da Vinci surgical robot system, intraoperative radiotherapy system and small animal PET-CT. It also has PET-CT , helical tomotherapy system (TOMO), proton radiotherapy system, magnetic resonance (MRI3.0T) and a large number of high-precision instruments, the medical equipment has reached the international advanced level.
The hospital currently has 6,507 employees, of which health professional and technical personnel account for 93.5% of the total number of employees. It has a large number of medical experts with high reputations at home and abroad, including Chen Zhu and Chen Guoqiang, academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Wang Zhenyi, Chen Saijuan, and Ning Guang, academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. Among them, Academician Wang Zhenyi won the 2010 National Highest Science and Technology Award
